The DIG Technology Team’s is building the industry’s first patented Web 3.0-enabled Blockchain, namely WILBUR, to track aviation parts using digital twins. This technology is fully integrated with GA Telesis’ operations via APIs and share part information with external partners in real-time through smart contracts, providing visibility, transparency and authenticity for over 500,000 parts.
IoT-Based Quality and Authenticity Monitoring

The DIG Technology Team’s solutions integrate high-precision image acquisition devices into quality control processes in the aviation industry. The Team develops state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms capable of automating important quality control tasks using 2D and 3D image capture and processing. IoT solutions are used in tracking aviation parts throughout their lifecycles.
AI-Powered Inventory Optimization and Tracking

The DIG Technology Team is experienced with the use of unmanned ground vehicles and drones to automate inventory counting processes in large distribution center settings in the aviation industry.
